About Tim Eastgate

My career to date has allowed me to become proficient across a range of business disciplines. It has also allowed me to interact across the full spectrum of business relationships, as both a customer and supplier; dealing directly with customers through to business owners, corporate staff through to their CEO. With analytical tendencies I particularly enjoyed the volume prediction, financial modelling, and look-back analysis of earlier roles. These skills provided a strong base for the move to category management which also drew from my marketing studies as I worked across all elements of the marketing mix. I then took the relationship management skills strengthened in this role and crossed over to a sales focussed position in the technical world of machinery lubrication. The key areas of focus here have been Customer Relationship Management, New Business Development, and the management of an external distributor network. I have enjoyed all aspects of my career to date and can demonstrate high performance and success in all these areas. I have shown I can easily adjust to new roles and industries and welcome opportunities for continued learning and development.
