About Tim Eisseler

I realized that I won’t make a career as a soccer star with age of 10. At age of 12, I also had to admit that the profession of an actor would probably not be the best option for me. Looking back, starting to study economics paired with informatics was a no-brainer for me. I always loved money and computers. Since those turning-points in my life at age 10 and 12, I got to travel around a bit and get some working experience. I founded my first company together with friends in 11th grade of school, a company producing beanbags. Beanbags. I slept on a car chair for half a year in New Zealand. I got to work in the IT-Service and maintenance area, the technology consulting area and the automotive industry as well as doing some creative work as a freelancer. Even though I know about the economic benefits of keeping interns and project students in the company due to the costs of the training period, I am proud to say that every company I have worked for did ask me to stay or to come back whenever I want and that every design customer yet did come back asking for other projects. Over the time, I learned a few things about myself- I love to have or get to know big ideas, execute them and try out new ways of doing things - I love to work together with people. Preferably people who are smarter than me. I am a good mediator and team player. I can quickly adapt to new situations and learn new languages like computer-geek, over-cautious or only-money-counts - I learn new things pretty quick. I am very passionate about widening my horizon and love to understand other standpoints - I am self-claimed reliable, loadable and good in time management As a quick side note to all work-related stuff: I also really enjoy being outside, travelling or just reading a good book. I am also always keen and open to take new challenges and I love to get to know new people.
