I am currently working on developing a comprehensive PFI (Private Finance Initiative) Hand Back framework, ensuring adherence to the government requirements outlined in the IPA (Infrastructure and Projects Authority) Hand Back document. This framework aims to provide a systematic approach to the successful handover of PFI projects upon their completion. I have spearheaded the launch of cutting-edge digital risk management tools that minimize risks and enhance frontline staff safety. My talent in designing and implementing multifactor control documents guarantees that all tasks are flawlessly executed, assets are adequately maintained, and defects are addressed, delivering unparalleled levels of oversight. My unique approach to creating bespoke filing structures, both hard and soft, has set new benchmarks for traceability and auditability in Asbestos, Fire Safety, COSHH, PUWER, LOLER, PSSR, Electrical, Insurance, and other related areas.
