About Tim Ferderer
Prior to going back to school I spent 15 years in Telecom, mostly as a Service Delivery Coordinator, making sure the customer has what they need and it works correctly. Dealing with customers as a point of contact and project manager is what I truly enjoyed about my time at "the phone company". Learning about the new technologies as they came out and how to apply them to the customers benefit was fun. That being said, While I would be interested in opportunities within Telecom or Cloud computing, I would also very much like to take my new skills and expertise into new fields as well.
