Background

About Tim Fisk

I’m a strategy leader with 20+ years of experience helping organizations navigate complexity and build clarity across brand, digital experience, and organizational systems. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, experience design, and leadership alignment. I partner with executive teams to shape platforms, narratives, and decision-making frameworks that support sustainable growth and real-world constraints.I currently serve in a senior strategy and brand leadership role at a national education and advisory organization, where I guide brand evolution, digital platform strategy, and executive-level decision-making. My work includes collaboration with enterprise-scale partners and cross-functional teams spanning strategy, creative, operations, and technology. In parallel, I’m the founder and managing partner of a small portfolio entity that holds minority equity stakes in founder-led businesses. In that role, I provide financial oversight, brand and experience guidance, and strategic counsel—intentionally remaining outside day-to-day operations.I tend to do my best work in environments that value clear thinking, thoughtful pace, and long-term impact. I’m currently employed and selectively exploring future Director or Senior Director–level strategy roles within strategy-led agencies or organizations where maturity, judgment, and human-centered systems thinking are genuinely valued.
