A senior executive with over 35 years of work experience, including 13 years in the Property sector and 16 years in Financial Services. The last 23 years being CFO for 7 very major organisations. In April 2023 became Chief Financial Officer of Capital Prudential after previously being a non-executive director. In February 2022 became Chief Financial Officer of Credit Union, SA. In February 2014 became Chief Financial Officer of Qatari Diar Real Estate Company; the property development arm of the Qatar Sovereign Wealth Fund with currently over US$35b of assets in over 20 countries and on 7 December after nearly 8 successful years returned home to Australia. For the previous 13 years, prior to 2014, had held Chief Financial Officer roles in 4 major Australian organisations: Stockland (Top 40 ASX Listed, the third largest property group on the ASX with $14b of assets and 1,400 employees); HBOS Australia (at the time the 39th largest company and 5th largest Financial Services group in Australia with over $100b of loans under management and employees), Challenger Financial Services (a Top 100 ASX listed Financial Services Group with over $40b assets under management and employees); and Colonial First State (the largest funds management company and funds administration company in Australia, with over $120b funds under management and employees).
