About Tim Fox

I'm a genuine, energetic IT Professional that consistently delivers value toward corporate goals by successfully completing projects on time and within budget. I'm a positive difference-maker in any IT environment. I have led implementations of ERP packages, third party software products and in-house developed applications on multiple IT platforms for various sectors of the Business community using internal and off-shore resources. I have a very wide range of business acumen including financial, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing and customer service. I bring communication, leadership, team building, collaboration along with all tactics of project management to my daily efforts. I've used Agile methodology and mentored other PM's in Agile for several projects that improved the dynamics of project execution. Recent accomplishments include:~ Led project to implement Inventory Management system that saved company over $10m annually.~ Managed project to deploy ERP package in less than 11 months that integrated all corporate teams.~ Led a corporate culture change that introduced collaborative practices that yielded positive results. Led dozens of projects that range in budgets from $100k to $3mm while managing an IT staff of 3 to 20 people. During my free time, I keep up with my 12 children and a growing number of grandchildren.
