About Tim Gagnon

My experience has been built around all aspects of Homebuilding Operations with a main focus on Construction Operations and Purchasing. As my career path took me though the Construction aspect of homebuilding through Purchasing, I had the benefit of driving an efficient model through trade relations driving Return, Overhead cost Management, and Customer Satisfaction with Internal and External Customers. My motivational leadership ability to drive results through Direct Reports has helped me succeed in all disciplines as it relates to Operations. My abiliity to adjust to market conditions, demands, changing initiatives in a fast pace environment, and participating as a member of the Managment team in 3 different markets has broadened my perspective and strategic focus on improving many facets of our Operational Metrics of a Publically held company. Return on Invested Capital, Overhead reduction, Pre-tax Earnings, and Gross Margin are just 4 metrics I have driven within whatever discipline I was fortunate enough to lead.
