About Tim Gerdau

In both my personal and professional life, I am known for making clear and fair decisions. During my 13 years in the military, including seven in leadership roles overseeing teams of 35 to 100 people, I developed strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. I thrive in new and challenging environments, whether guiding teams to achieve their best or managing complex, multi-unit training programs. My ability to remain focused, motivate others, and drive results has been a consistent strength throughout my career. To transition from public service to the private sector, I pursued and completed an MBA in International Management. During this time, I gained valuable experience in the automotive sector at BMW, where I developed a deep understanding of global operations. Now, as a Consultant at PwC, I apply my skills to help clients achieve their goals. My combination of military leadership, business expertise, and consulting experience enables me to deliver practical, results-oriented solutions across a variety of projects.
