I am very much about process development and execution and thrive on working with and developing staff to be the best they can be. Success is very much a mindset and developing capability across different teams, by increasing and developing their skill sets is something I enjoy and motivates me. For me the goal is to create an environment of customer focus and providing the relationship and partnerships that allows continued transactions. Strongly focused on tomorrow as much as today. Passionate about the Agricultural industry and in particular the fit of the Ag Machinery Dealer and Supplier. Continually looking to give our clients the best levels of efficiency and utilization with their plant and at the same time ensure they get the best value proposition. Not frightened to challenge the traditional way of thinking and love being a valued advisor to our clients and mentor to staff. Having had significant experience at both Retail and Wholesale levels, I believe I have a clear understanding of the unique fit between the two and most importantly the end user. Away from my professional life I am very much about the family and being involved with my 2 sons and their endeavors. Married for 25 years to my best friend I consider myself to be very blessed with the life I have!
