The following is an overview of projects where he has served as Project Manager: • Walmart stores & Sam’s Clubs- Project manager supervising over 30 major remodel projects along with various special projects. • Darden Restaurants- Oversaw 9 major Red Lobster remodels and several dozen Olive Garden restroom remodels. Managed a ground-up Smokey Bones in Fredericksburg, VA • YUM! Inc- Managed 3 Taco bell remodels and one Pizza Hut remodel. • Krispy Kreme- Supervised 5 new construction projects include two demolition-and-rebuilds, one in Atlanta and one in Pensacola, FL. Also supervised numerous small to medium remodel projects along with a bundle of maintenance projects, and including the commissary in Norcross, GA. • Blimpies Subs- Ran a program of installing Blimpies sub shops inside of Walmart stores. • JC Penney- Ran 5 remodel projects in South Florida during their rebranding program as superintendent and project manager. As Project Superintendent: • Supervised a ground-up Cactus Carwash in Milton, GA • Supervised several Walmart remodels as a fill-in superintendent as part of training.
