About Tim Grenz

I have a BA in Russian from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where I developed my passion for languages and cultures. I am currently a Mason at Building Systems Masonry, commercial masonry contractor, specializing in multifamily apartment buildings. I have over six years of experience in residential and commercial masonry, including brick, CMU, concrete, flagstone, natural stone, stucco, and demolition. In my current role, I work with a team of skilled masons and laborers to complete projects on time and within budget, following construction drawings and specifications, and using various types of scaffold and equipment. I have gained extensive experience in the masonry field, developing skills like team building, attention to detail, brickwork, rebar, grouting, pointing, and building stair towers. I have obtained multiple certifications in construction management and safety. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, where I can continue learning and can apply my creativity and problem-solving skills. I am eager to advance my career by transitioning to a construction project management role and join an organization that values quality, innovation, and safety, and that can offer me opportunities to grow and expand my knowledge and expertise in project management and construction.
