I also talk about the affordability crisis in healthcare, the obesity epidemic, and when asked, how I maintain a healthy lifestyle. As a VP of Customer Success, I lead teams of Customer Success Managers who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to their customers. With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that customers face in managing their costs, revenue, and patient/member experience. My core competencies include business consulting, customer relationship management, sales negotiation, and information technology. I leverage these skills to help drive adoption of our innovative solutions, increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, and grow revenue and profitability. I also partner with our sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, provide strategic feedback and insights, and ensure alignment with our company's vision and values.
