I am a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the grain and non-grain supply chain industry, known for my instrumental role in the development of T-Ports. My expertise lies in building greenfield ports, storage and logistics infrastructure, and innovative transshipment solutions, contributing to a more efficient and cost-effective path to market for businesses. One of the key highlights of my career is successfully managing operations at 6 ports in South Australia, overseeing the export of various commodities, including grain, gypsum, dolomite, salt, and mineral sands. I've also been a strategic partnership builder, establishing relationships with farmers on the Eyre and Yorke Peninsula as well as with freight providers to strengthen local links and contribute to the growth of regional economies. Since 2017, I've been an integral player in T-Ports' expanding journey, contributing to its growth as a business builder. My professional drive is fueled by a passion for growth and innovation, always striving to be at the forefront of industry developments. I thrive on competition and possess the resilience to navigate challenges, while remaining a realist. I'm particularly proud to be part of the T-Ports story, a 100% privately-owned company that has invested $250 million in the past four years to transform traditional export pathways through the construction of two ports and upcountry facilities. Outside of my professional life, I serve as a board member at the Port Lincoln Bendigo Bank and am an active member of the HR subcommittee.
