About Tim Harder

I bring 43 years of diverse experience to clients across various sectors, including high-rise and suburban commercial office, mixed-use retail, hospitality, residential, senior living, K-12, higher education, cultural, research, healthcare, and Public Private Partnership projects. I also worked directly with Lendlease Americas COO to assist in national project operations reviews and process and operational excellence improvement development plans. As Project Executive, I have been the Lendlease representative on the owner-architect-construction management team. I serve as the team leader responsible for overall project operations. The key is the establishment of project organization and control. Additionally, as the Operations Director for Lendlease's Multi-Site group from 2011 to2013, Implemented and maintained operational disciplines, overseeing the successful execution of projects, system implementation, and business unit reporting. Currently, I'm transitioning into an Owners Representative role for a major casino project in Chicago, leveraging my extensive background in construction, program management, and design management to oversee the entire program. This role involves coordinating with a diverse array of consultants, providing advisory support to the client.
