About Tim Hart

I have the opportunity to be a culture champion for the largest Credit Union in California! Every day I am honored to work with a World-Class team to Serve our Members and team. I get to help support our mission by welcoming our newest teammembers into the organization through facilitating our orientation. I love being able to set our newest teammembers up for success by introducing them to our culture, values, mission and vision. Showing how credit unions truly care about their Members is so exciting. I also get to facilitate our professional development courses for the entire organization. Sharing how to be better communicators, sharing the history of the credit union movement and how to deal with tough situations are all skills we can use bit professionally and personally. I also have the pleasure of being in front of the organization through our larger organizational meetings and events. I love what I get to do every day and I love bringing energy, passion and inspiration into each moment we create.
