About Tim Heiser

I am proud to work at the only independent design firm that can boast nearly 100 years in business. At Teague, we design products and interfaces for defense, space, and commercial markets with the human in mind. Great tech is necessary but it also has to be intuitive and useful to the one executing the task or mission. My focus at Teague is to help defense suppliers—from large OEMs to innovative start-ups—be more strategic, win DoD contracts, and improve / differentiate their products through the power of physical and digital human-centered design. Check us out at: https://teague.com/defense I have over 25 years of experience working in aerospace and defense, including senior executive leadership positions in quality, program management, production engineering, supply chain management and manufacturing operations. I know first-hand what it takes to deliver assets on time and within budget for the U.S. military and our allies, who protect our freedom everyday. I have led domestic and international organizations both large and small, with one common focus. Bring the right people together at the right time to get the very best in the hands of our warfighters and those that support them. When we focus on the end user, its incredible what we can achieve as One Team. I currently reside in the St. Louis area and yet am an avid Seattle Seahawks and Mariners fan. This is our year! That said, when I’m not traveling for work, I’m rocking out to Pearl Jam with my wife Katie and visiting my two kiddos in college. Busy times.
