About Tim Hendriks

Tim is Sr. Director of Project Management at JLL, where he is responsible for managing the construction project management program for the HSBC network across Canada. His career in project management spans more than 25 years. Tim joined JLL on the RBC account in 2015 before transitioning to the HSBC account in 2021. He also spent 12 years at The TDL Group Corp (Tim Hortons) where he led a PM and outsourcing team in executing their renovation program of 400 locations per year across Canada. Based in Toronto, Tim currently manages all aspects of construction for HSBC with a team of PM’s based across the country. He recently completed the oversight of HSBC's flagship branch and 6-floor office location in downtown Toronto. Prior to that role, he supervised the rollout of an expedited renovation process for RBC, and in the first year of the program, his team completed close to 100 full renovations of RBC retail branches in Canada. Tim earned his Bachelor’s of Engineering Physics at Queen’s University, before moving on to obtain his Master’s in Mechanical Engineering at University of British Columbia. He also recently completed his PMP Certification. In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, playing soccer, trail running, and travelling.
