About Tim Hengst

I started my career as traditionally educated data analyst in the manufactured housing industry. Now I want to use that analytical mindset and attention to detail to help your business grow. You have more time to focus on high-value activities and I make sure those activities generate the revenue you expect. Growing up I heard various conversations between my dad and grandpa as they were transitioning the family business. All of them revolved around money and I understood absolutely nothing. Ever since I’ve had the desire to understand how money affects business. Not just in the obvious sense, but on a deeper level. And what better way to understand, than to study the inner workings of the finances through bookkeeping. Now I want to combine that desire with my love for real estate, helping real estate investors and brokerage or agency owners manage their finances.
