My role as a leader encompasses supervising and partnering with other mental health professionals, promoting practices that prevent burnout and enhance patient care. With a clinical background, our efforts contribute to shaping policies and improving service delivery. This journey reflects a commitment to elevating healthcare standards and nurturing a compassionate, effective environment for both practitioners and clients. My educational achievements include multiple masters degrees, maintaining a 4.0 GPA throughout my doctoral studies, simultaneously completing a doctorate and a graduate certificate in international health, writing a comprehensive dissertation in under six months, and receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback from committee members, including comments like:"I've sat in on a lot of defenses and I think this was the best, including my own!"
