Professional Personal Chef with over 29 years experience in the food service industry both back and front of the house as well as extensive management experience at various locations. I have also had experience in helping restaurant owners develop menus for their establishments. My goal is to help people optimize their time and their lives by providing them with a nutritious, healthy alternative to food laden with preservatives, fats, salt and unnecessary additives at a reasonable cost affordable to more than just the wealthy population as well as provide instruction, menu planning and consultations, and in home chef services for small dinner parties, team building exercises and a variety of services that larger caterers and food service operations won't normally handle. I also provide healthy cooking instruction to kids and families at 2 area YMCAs and various libraries in the region. I am a Certified Personal Chef (CPC) with the United States Personal Chef Association and a Certified Food Safety Manager with the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. I have also been published in Personal Chef Magazine.
