About Tim Hermans

Tim has over 15 years’ experience of working in enterprise software in the Rental, Asset, Field Service and Supply Chain industry. He has held a variety of global jobs in Business consulting, sales, pre-sales and product management since he joined HSO Innovation in 2015. Tim has a strong focus on using enterprise software to help improve the business processes of customer`s. The focus of Tim is always on the processes, not on the application. In 2019 Tim joined Recreate as there lead pre-sales consultant helping Recreate selling innovation AR, MR and VR Solutions to enterprise customers. The main focus industries for Tim are Retail, Construction, Manufacturing and (field) service and in the past years Tim sold many innovative deals in the Benelux Market In 2022 Tim was promoted to the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Recreate. In this Tim role Tim's primary focus is to define the value propositions of Recreate, try to change the organization from project oriented to product oriented and help selling the Recreate dream to our customers. Tim is not a typical CTO since he also has a strong focus on selling projects/products to customers. In our industry we typically sell a dream so a technical background is a huge pro in sales cycles. From end of 2022 Tim is responsible for Sales and Marketing, Delivery and Product Management within Recreate.
