About Tim Hill

A World renowned business and sports coach with over 15 years experience of impacting individuals, groups and organisations. My career has been as successful as it has been varied - and all with one major consistency - helping people to perform to their highest ability. This is what I care passionately about. As Managing Director of ActionCOACH Truro I now help businesses of all sizes achieve their goals via bespoke business education, workshops and one to one coaching. Being able to provide real guidance and see real results is what drives me every single day, with my clients knowing that I am fully invested in their journey. My drive for self improvement and a healthy work/lifestyle balance has taken me all over the World. I am proud to have lived in Europe, USA and Australia - all the time learning from some of the most successful leaders in business and sport. When you have had dinner with Roger Federer's coach you can't help but learn from it!As a native Cornishman who has returned home, I now live with my young family in beautiful St Agnes overlooking the Atlantic ocean. When the Cornish wind and rain allows I attempt to either surf or play tennis every day and my passion for helping people and businesses is stronger than ever.
