About Tim Hoaen

I’ve enjoyed a 15-year career in mergers & acquisitions consulting, working with owner-managed businesses and some of the world’s largest corporations, across multiple sectors and geographies. In a hugely varied role, it has always been the human aspects which I found most rewarding. Now, I focus on my underlying interest in people, how the mind works, what drives us and what holds us back. As an Executive Coach and Team Coach I follow my passion for connecting with people and helping them to grow. My coaching is underpinned by years of leadership and business experience, and by my own journey towards achieving greater clarity, balance and fulfilment. I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and continually expand my range with further coaching development and training. I live in Zürich, Switzerland, with my partner and our son. We love the outdoors and enjoy biking and hiking in the beautiful Swiss mountains.
