About Tim Holland

Visionary design-build executive with thirty plus years residential and commercial real estate development experience. My expertise is “cradle to grave”, from the initial planning through completion of construction. I have a strong aesthetic sensibility with talent to influence design and the proven ability to carry out both vertical and horizontal construction. I have worked with architects, engineers, and developers in creating new product offerings and amenities to supplement existing developments as well as the creation of new communities with a sense of place and branding of the community. My career has been quite diverse and progressive. I offer unique consulting services that are influenced by both my naturopathic healthcare and design background. This allows for the creation of places that inspire the soul and promote healthy happy places to live, work, and play. Additionally, as a part of “place making”, I will oversee the creation of plans with architectural styles that offer a nod to regional heritage and while offering variety within a well-defined range of design standards. I am no stranger to complex problems requiring creative solutions in terms of both design and construction. I am flexible, adaptable, and know how to identify the issues that can adversely affect project costs and how to offer solutions to mitigate that risk.
