About Tim Holmes

Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute, specialising in organisational strategy, management systems, sustainability, and improvement methodologies. I've over 35 years experience in a range of business environments, working for OEMs, SMEs, and delivering public funded support programmes. Following a technical apprenticeship in the armed forces, I served as a helicopter engineer before moving into manufacturing. Since then, I've gained extensive experience working from shop floor to senior management roles, gained a wealth of knowledge on how to improve systems and processes, what it takes to embed performance management and cohere teams with individual and common objectives. I love working with people on all aspects of delivering change, from strategic planning to project management, developing new systems and the governance to ensure changes are sustained. I gain great satisfaction helping others apply tools & techniques to achieve success so they feel a genuine sense of accomplishment in their working lives. In 2019 I also trained as a Non-Religious Funeral Celebrant, supporting families by delivering funerals and memorial services across South Yorkshire.
