About Tim Honeck

I am a Planner, Landscape Designer and 3D Visualization Artist. My work includes a wide range of award-winning projects in the United States, Asia, Africa and Europe. This, I believe, has given me a global perspective with regards to the design of both natural and built environments. I have worked with public and private sector clients for a variety of project types and scales including waterfront redevelopment, Olympic park design, master planning, multi-modal transportation, and site-specific design for urban streets, plazas and parks. My visualization consulting work includes concept visualization, photorealistic rendering, and 3D animations, which are featured in product design, mayoral campaigns and city parks master planning. I am particularly proud of my animations that were showcased to the Olympic committee and in a television documentary. At the same time, I volunteer my skills for non-profit fund-raising initiatives. My teaching experience as an instructor at Purdue University, Techshop and at Autodesk has been a pleasure where I see younger professionals grow. I take pride when I get to ride my bike in bike lanes that I have designed and to park my bike in parks that I am proud to see others enjoy. In his personal time, I spend time learning from his 2-year-old son.
