Tim is a collaborative and self-motivated team member with over 19 years of extensive experience in the healthcare, banking and sales industries, having worked in both European and North American continents.His healthcare journey began at the age of eighteen in England, where he dedicated himself to caring for and supporting young adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities. Inspired to further his career, Tim returned to Canada to pursue higher education and certification in healthcare. He then worked as a direct care aide, providing exceptional care to the longest-surviving ALS patient in North America at that time.Driven by family reasons, Tim relocated to Kamloops, British Columbia, where he excelled as a customer service representative for high-value Platinum and Centurion clients of American Express. His exceptional patience, strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and problem-solving acumen played a pivotal role in his success in this role.In 2011, Tim made a strategic transition into the banking industry, focusing on credit analysis within the field of vehicle finance. His expertise encompassed meticulous document analysis and fraud detection. Recognized for his knowledge and expertise, Tim went beyond his responsibilities to create unofficial training materials and procedure guides to support his colleagues.His dedication and exceptional performance led him to assume the role of the sole National Insolvent Client Liaison. In this capacity, Tim took on the responsibility of building, maintaining, and repairing relationships between his company and bankruptcy trustee firms throughout Canada.Currently, Tim thrives in the vibrant environment of Fawcett Mattress, the only Vancouver Island sustainable mattress manufacturer.
