Having worked for one of the world's leading financial institutions, my career is a testament to advancing securities operations services by optimizing processes, driving technology solutions, and building strong and collaborative teams. Blending industry expertise with global operational and strategic leadership, I've led teams to achieve ambitious milestones and created cohesion between the departments within the Fund and Investment Operations organization. My proudest achievements include a successful record leading major system implementations, optimizing operational processes, reducing risk, and driving turnarounds with a focus on agile project management and service innovation. I’m equally passionate about cultivating resiliency in high-performance environments through collaboration, shared vision, and ingenuity through adversity. Career Highlights include: Climbed the ranks from Analyst to Vice President in Corporate Actions. Identified and led the migration of select functions from the US to India as a pilot for future offshore operations teams. Rolled out a multiyear trade lifecycle management system that improved trade delivery timelines and transparency, reduced risk, and leveraged industry standard messaging capability. Navigated strategic expansions and transitions, including development of a service model to support trading expansion in Europe. Consolidated operations in the US & Ireland, requiring the establishment of a new offshore team.
