My background spans all facets of human-centred design - UX/UI design, service design, research, and strategy. I have 10 years of experience working across multiple clients in Australia and the UK, for both agency/consultancy and contracting direct to large enterprise. I have a genuine passion for understanding human needs and behaviours, and creating seamless experiences that make people’s lives easier. I'm a relentless advocate for customer-centric design, with strong business acumen and analytical skills - ensuring that the experiences I design are both desirable, viable and feasible. My key strengths lie in my attention to detail, unravelling complexity, and analysing human behaviour. I'm experienced at managing the end-to-end design process, including a variety of UX research methods, and how to incorporate them into Agile delivery. I also have experience providing guidance and oversight to junior designers.
