As President at Crawford & Company Australia, I champion a collaborative and cohesive workplace that celebrates diversity, honesty, and customer care. When my people share their knowledge, shape ideas and support each other, we grow great together. Seeing each person thrive under my leadership is genuinely my proudest professional achievement. Skilled at seeing the potential in others I stay calm under pressure and enjoy championing those around me. I am ideas-driven and operationally focused. While patient and balanced, I know that timeliness is crucial, and I am always looking towards efficiencies and outcomes. With a background in loss adjusting, I know that trust is key. Winning trust means listening deeply to understand clients’ needs and challenges. Accessible and responsive, I tune into the human aspect, communicate intentionally, and drive innovative results without compromising integrity. It’s about acting quickly with solutions that restore lives, businesses and communities when they need it most. As a hands-on leader, I have a hard time staying still in and outside the office. I love staying active and spending time outdoors – for the time being I’ve given up football but I do enjoy playing golf. My competitive side comes out on the course
