Tim has over 30 years Australian industry experience in Senior Managerial roles within tier one contracting organisations. Tim has a strong track record in multi-disciplined infrastructure project delivery and Operational and General Management roles serving both Government and Private Sector Clients across the Water, Wastewater, Resources, Building, Power, Renewable Energy, Facilities Management, Telecommunications and Transport sectors. Tim has worked with Clients under a wide variety of contracting models including hard dollar construct only and full D&C, managing contractor and various forms of relationship-based agreements including Joint Ventures, Alliances and Tim is experienced in managing both significant project development and delivery risk and complex stakeholder relationships in highly technical projects. Possessing a unique combination of technical, commercial, leadership and stakeholder management skills which have seen him be successful in delivering outstanding outcomes for both his employers and their Clients, often in challenging environments Tim is highly regarded as a Senior Project Director / Alliance General Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager.
