I love bringing people together and work hard each and every day to promote a strong sense of team.As a second generation owner of the Insurance Center, one of the things I am most proud of is our culture. I believe our agency is truly different than others based on the culture which has been built through all the tremendous people who have worked here (both past and present). My personal mission is to continue to foster and strengthen our culture each day to continue to make The Insurance Center a great place to work as well as a place where our team is focused on adding value to our clients and community.I grew up with The Insurance Center always being part of my life and have been greatly influenced by all the people I met along my journey. We have an amazing culture, and I am honored to be a part of it.As President of The Insurance Center, I spend my days:• leading the strategic planning and overall direction for the company• recruiting, hiring and helping to train associates• bringing new tools and processes to our team to improve the value we provide• identifying new creative ideas to share with our team• working with key partners and advisors to improve the company for our team and clients• oversee all financial aspects of the company, including opportunities for growth and new markets to pursue
