I bring a deep commitment to human rights, lived experience engagement, and systemic advocacy, with a proven track record in stakeholder collaboration, project management, and service system reform. I have held key roles in peak bodies, non-profits, and government-funded initiatives—leading statewide engagement strategies, co-design processes, and innovative service models. My background spans workforce development, suicide prevention, refugee and migrant support, carer advocacy, and mental health, underpinned by a BA (Hons.) in Social Policy and multiple certifications in public participation and community engagement. Skilled in translating community voices into actionable policy priorities, I’ve contributed to the establishment of new peak bodies, award-winning service hubs, and reforms in child protection and mental health systems. I am passionate about meaningful inclusion, social justice, and the transformative power of community voice in shaping policy and service systems.
