About Tim Johnston

Having recently returned to my native Arizona after a 20-year experience as an expat, I’ve had the opportunity to reintegrate to my beloved state – we have launched a unique Senior Housing Fund that is an owner operator of senor housing facilities in the southwest. We have built an amazing group of Physician Investors looking to benefit from the boom in retiring Boomers. As a serial entrepreneur and business builder, I have developed wonderful multinational teams and built profitable businesses in multiple countries. In the process, I have mentored amazing young talent, while negotiating contracts, building sales teams, managing crises, raising large and small public and private capital, developing CRE projects, as well as asset and fund management. I have developed brands from scratch, restructured corporate entities, designed products, built eCommerce platforms, and launched an international marketable securities sales and trading desk. My work has also included effective involvement in asset management, leasing, transportation, and media. Best of all, I have been married for 22 years to an amazing wife with two great kids. I also love being a grill master/cook.
