I've been managing multi-family housing for over 16-years. I ensure proper handling of all aspects of Condominium Associations and rental property management. Each year I create operating budgets for all the properties I manage. As a rental property manager, I market for prospective tenants, oversee property maintenance and manage existing tenants with a good track record of maintaining high occupancy. I'm well-versed in competitive properties and are able to establish rental rates by surveying other local rentals and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals. I also have many years of experience resolving resident complaints and scheduling necessary maintenance with contractors and vendors. My off-hour hobbies include studying astronomy, screen writing and home cooking.
