About Tim Kash

Tim Kash is a British television host, veteran interviewer and journalist who rose to prominence as the face of BBC’s flagship music show Top Of The Pops and MTV ‘s TRL and MTV News. As the host, writer, and producer of MTV News UK, Tim quickly became a familiar face across Europe. His natural talent as an interviewer, infectious passion for music and film, as well as his deep interest in politics and his first-hand involvement in socio-political issues, sprinkled with his signature touches of irony and humor quickly made him a household name across Europe. Ultimately, Tim made his way to the US, where he quickly became a firm fixture and favorite on the U.S. edition of MTV News and the networks flagship show - TRL. After a successful 10 years at the network, Tim moved on to become a presenter on ENews! and E! Networks Daily 10. During his career, he’s interviewed hundreds of the biggest names in the world of entertainment, music, politics, films and more. Key interviews include some of the most notable names in recent history from every genre. In music the list of interviewees is literally massive. He has interviewed legendary names like Michael Jackson, Amy Winehouse, Jay Z, Madonna, Justin Bieber, Sir Elton John, REM, The Rolling Stones, Coldplay, Rihanna and hundreds more. In film - he has interviewed the biggest legends including Clint Eastwood, Steven Spielberg, Robert DeNiro, Denzel Washington, Jennifer Lawrence, Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie to name but a few. And in the world of politics and beyond he has interviewed a wide range of notable figureheads from corporate CEO's like Elon Musk and Mark Cuban to international world leaders such as Prime Minister Tony Blair, President Bill Clinton and various senators including Bernie Sanders, John McCain and Hilary Clinton to name a few. Most recently he made his first foray into the world of podcasting - hosting and producing the podcast series 'Prime Video Presents' that received a coveted nomination at The Ambies for 'Best Entertainment Podcast' in March 2020.
