After gaining a broad international and intercultural experience in the agri-food sector, today I put my efforts into helping grow the economy of Québec within the team of Investissement Québec International.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS• Assisted in building an agribusiness start-up by providing strong international marketing and strategic planning.• Acquired hands-on experience in an inter-cultural work environment and its challenges when appointed as the sole representative of the Canadian company in Southeast Asia, based in Vietnam.• Launched a new market for Russia and the CIS countries and contributed to new product recognition in the region by building a contact network, organizing business trips, and visiting potential customers in person with a product presentation.• Developed public speaking and presentation skills with numerous presentations per year for audiences varying between 10 to 300+ people.• Created exposure for an innovative, 100% natural feed additive in the industry media, both web and print, from nothing to several appearances/editorials per year.• Supported the execution of marketing strategy to help grow soybean business from 72 million in sales to 88 million in 2 years.• Wrote press-releases, white papers, creating and maintaining content for company news, and developinga reliable network of media editors.• Developed advanced knowledge in agribusiness, livestock production, and the scientific research methodology to successfully implement international marketing techniques.
