The firm offers motivational speaking, leadership/executive coaching, facilitation, team building, board development and new nonprofit CEO support. The company focuses on bringing out and maximizing the potential of individuals, teams and organizations. A certified professional coach, Tim is former President & CEO of Leadership Greater Washington serving as its top executive for nearly 15 years. LGW's mission is to connect diverse, top-level leaders from business, government and nonprofits and inspire their collaborative efforts to improve Greater Washington, DC. Guided by his vision, LGW was transformed from a struggling entity to one of the most respected community leadership organizations in the country. Tim raised the organization's stature and profile in the Greater Washington region while expanding programs and revenue, delivering first-class networking events and activities and broadening its impact in the community. Tim is a proud member of LGW's Class of '98 which was honored as the organization's Best Class of 2014. Prior to LGW's top executive role, Tim served as the Washington Regional Alcohol Program's (WRAP) President & CEO for four years. WRAP's mission is fighting drunk driving and underage drinking in the Greater Washington, DC region. It is most well-known for its SoberRide program which offers free cab rides home to would-be drunk drivers. Under his leadership, WRAP expanded SoberRide from the winter holidays/New Year's eve to include other high risk times such as St. Patrick's Day, Halloween, July 4th and Super Bowl Sunday. WRAP received numerous local and national honors during his tenure.
