I have proven experience in on-boarding international Executives who played major roles in transformation of companies. Additionally I hold Supervisory and Advisory positions in companies and NGO's. As I have worked in other countries across the globe, I have a passion for working internationally. I speak several languages fluently, among them (next to native Dutch) Spanish, French, German and English. During the last several years there has also been a focus on Leadership Assessment, Leadership Development and increasing Team Effectiveness, because we strongly believe the process is not finished when a candidate has been recruited.
