About Tim Kondratyuk

Hi, my name is Tim.I am a successful entrepreneur with an inspiration of creativity, knowledge, and performance that has attracted top-talent and highly motivated individuals to work together with at USQC. My current position in US Quality Construction has created a passion for sales strategies and techniques to close high ticket deals. During this time, I have gained valuable knowledge and experience in developing sales strategies, negotiating deals, closing high-value sales, and built a sales team that has double our annual revenue each year for the last 3 years!Being so new to management in USQC and the fact that I had to wear multiple hats caused me to dig deeper and create a blueprint of business operations and become familiar with software that simplifies work. I was forced to learn a CRM system and tailer it toward our needs and with animation and control, we are able to stay efficient, in control of our work processes, and multiply our production while analyzing our business data to continue growth. Recently, I have also been exploring the idea of creating digital tools that can simplify work for contractors and homeowners. My goal is to create a tool where one can submit project specifications and receive a 3D rendering with plans for a low cost and in a reasonable turn-around time. When on a business trip, I was inspired by a sign at the airport that stated “Live to Improve Lives”. These words have led me to open a ministry called “I Will Remember Ministries” to remember those in mind that do not have the same opportunities like ourselves. Our goal is to provide financial and educational support for those that have been traumatized by the events in their lives (widows, orphans, disabled, etc). Our focus is to educate the Gospel of Jesus Christ and His power to overcome the hardships in life to live for a brighter future. If you would like to know more about our potential and opportunity for 6 figure income in sales and management, come join me for a day!
