I am a senior Quality leader with 34 years of experience in managing Quality and Food Safety in the food industry, gained at Unilever and Danone in Research, factories, marketing & sales, and regional/global roles. What truly drives me is bringing structure to complexity and solving problems in an efficient, pragmatic way. Standing still is moving backward. This applies not only to me but also to the people around me. I derive a lot of energy from guiding people, helping them grow and develop. I do all of this with passion and enthusiasm. What I value most are honesty, transparency and growth. What I do should hold meaning and drive results, in other words it must have purpose and impact. In addition to my expertise in Quality and Food Safety in FMCG, Medical and Infant Nutrition, I bring experience in crisis management, continuous improvement processes, developing and rolling out QFS strategies and team leadership.
