Tim Kostyk is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers where he has led initiatives focused on the innovative use of present and future technologies to solve real world problems. In Tim's career, he has liaison and fostered cooperative efforts involving professional organizations, NGOs, Governments, and Industries in emerging areas such as-Energy Solutions (Blockchain Enabled Transactive Energy)-Software Defined Networks -Transportation Electrification -Smargrid Technologies -Healthcare Solutions and Blockchain Technologies As a Senior Program Director of Future Direction team Tim has led efforts into the integrating of Tech Policy and Ethics into technology initiatives. He has served on the Ethics Ad-Hoc Committee and the Internet Initiative (3i) Policy initiative. Tim is a member of The Social Implications of Technology, Computer, and Energy Societies, Tim's ongoing mission is to help organizations and governments identify and direct strategies that integrate existing and future technologies into actual solutions, for actual problems through a Social Construction of Technology-Technological Momentum-Technical Determinism approach. Tim is also a Instructor at Arizona State University University where he teaches courses in the University's Organizational Leadership (OGL) and Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies (BIS) programs, A published Thought Leader and Visionary in the area of Enterprise and Business Transformation Architecture.
