About Tim Krueger

I entered the title insurance industry in 1972 and immediately became active in the Utah Land Title Association. I was the 61st registered abstractor in Utah. I've worked extensively in the default side of our industry, handling or assisting in over foreclosures. Over the years, I have been active in the National MBA, CMBA, REOMAC, USFN and the United Trustee's Association. I have traveled extensively, attending conferences and educational classes, conducted seminars on foreclosure and have spoken at CE courses for NBI. I have met with numerous mortgage servicers in their offices on a variety of issues addressing mortgage default servicing. This has enabled me to work with numerous counsel and acquire considerable experience in the foreclosure and bankruptcy arena. In addition to foreclosure, I have also assisted in other matters of loss mitigation including the recharacterization and re-collateralization of commercial as well as residential loans. Additionally, I have also handled commerical developments, municipal bond issues on capital improvements for cities as well as Special Improvement Districts. Specialties: Solving title issues that impair the disposition of non performing assets or impede the development or financing of real estate. I am an agent and underwriter for National Title Insurance of New York.
