About Tim Kyowski

As a Leader of a product development team, in a field where difficult technical challenges are overcome through the development of industry leading products and intellectual property, I strive to insure both team and individual growth and continuous improvement is a norm. Commitment to develop individual team member’s strengths through coaching, technical hard skills and personal soft skills, while allowing them the opportunities to solve their design challenges, and ensuring the solutions are cohesive with over all team goals, is at the core of my efforts. My belief is that all aspects of team success should be measured by cross functional alignments with other team’s requirements, overall advancement and improvements in product capabilities and the ability to advance new technology boundaries, while managing risk. I seek an environment where overcoming difficult challenges to deliver compelling product is a norm, and where I can contribute to and foster a collaborative environment for tackling these challenges.
