About Tim Lamley

Apart from having the opportunity to be a driving force on exceptional safety teams on the largest commercial construction projects spanning the semiconductor, healthcare, electric vehicle, electric vehicle battery, and data center industries, my experience includes formal education in the construction, manufacturing, and healthcare fields, unique roles in community service and hurricane relief, and honorable military service. I have gained exceptional insight into the leadership traits necessary in today’s health, safety, and environmental practice, essential experience in the overall management of large populations of people, and have seen first hand the consequence of not establishing a functional and efficient HSE program. In addition, I have completed all requirements for a Board of Certified Safety Professionals® (BCSP®) Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification showing I have mastered the core competency required for professional safety practice. My path as a safety professional has ingrained a vision for positive health, safety, and environmental culture through collaboration at all levels, and has provided a well rounded knowledge of all aspects of commercial construction, manufacturing, and healthcare safety management and operations.
