While with Bank of America, I functioned as a Servicing Manager and Officer for their Centralized Property Preservation, High Risk Escalations Team. Helped create and develop, from the ground up, the Escalations team to handle issues outside of the scope of the regular preservation teams. The Escalations Team handles high-visibility, escalated preservation issues that need immediate attention and thorough follow up to ensure the Bank is not exposed to any undue risk, both reputational and financial. While with Bank of America's Field Services group, I managed a team of associates that handled all aspects of general maintenance and upkeep on default properties in the Bank of America's portfolio. I had as many as 30 Associates reporting to me at one time. Previously Senior Client Liaison at Bruce Clay, Inc, representing both client and internal needs. Experienced in client relations, project management and reporting. I used that knowledge and experience gained during my tenure at Bruce Clay, Inc, to start up up my own consulting company. Former owner/operator of SmallBizWebExposure.com, which was focused on the small business website, and uses SEO, PPC, Web Surveys, Social Media and Email Marketing strategies to bring the right market to your website.
