Healthcare – Held regional leadership roles with both Tenet Healthcare and Community Health Systems. In these roles led local IT teams and provided program/project management leadership at the local and corporate levels. As interim CEO of HRAA led a short term investment due diligence and turnaround effort for its private equity investor. As COO of Parallon Technology Solutions, led the IT services business unit for an HCA subsidiary. Services included applications implementations, consulting and infrastructure hosting. As Senior Vice President for Perot Systems' Physician Services operations, applied my expertise in management and leadership of more than 700 on/off shore domain experts to deliver revenue cycle and IT consulting and services to North American customers. Additionally, during my 15 year tenure at Perot Systems I led several healthcare and commercial IT outsourcing relationships. I also led the development and operations of their international healthcare IT services business in Europe and the Middle East.Non-Profit - As Chief Operating Officer for Christ Presbyterian Church and Academy, led the finance, human resource, information technology, communications, facilities, and procurement functions for a $20M annual revenue church and school with over 200 employees. In this role was also responsible for leading a business transformation program and the construction of a $16M, square foot academic facility.ExperienceBegan consulting after 25+ years of providing IT services to healthcare and commercial clients and another 7 years of leading IT teams as a Region CIO for both Community Health Systems and Tenet Healthcare.
