Im a passionate communicator, creator of pretty things, solver of puzzles and connector of dots. I have broad experience in publishing, operations environments, projects and financial services. Creative, adaptable and people oriented I have proven, seasoned experience. I strive to live authentically and value honesty, integrity and genuine connections. I work for one of Canada's best companies and am proud that my values are aligned. I wear my TD pin with PRIDE. Currently I’m an operations analyst for TD Merchant Solutions. I figure out stuff that has gone wrong with merchants transactions BEFORE the merchant ever knows about it. I find payment systems fascinating. It’s a mighty complicated thing to provide merchants smooth, seamless transactions and services. You need good systems. Of course. But still it comes down to the expertise of those providing the services. The merchant is under great pressure these days and ensuring they are supported with innovative systems and quick responses to queries is the minimum. I’m proud to say as a merchant minded professional that’s what I do best. I’ve been in various roles in payment solutions for many years. It never gets dull.
