I have a proven track record of developing key accounts, managing AR and inventory, and overseeing the operations of multiple branches. I am committed to delivering exceptional customer service, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture, and supporting the growth and profitability of POOLCORP. As the regional manager at POOLCORP since 2019, I have been responsible for the performance and success of three branches in the Southeast region. I work closely with the zone manager, branch managers, and sales representatives to ensure alignment with the company's vision, values, and goals. I leverage my skills in Microsoft Office, communication, and problem-solving to monitor and report on key metrics, identify and resolve issues, and implement best practices. I also help with customer relations, AR controls, and inventory management, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
